Sector-leading specialist expertise in precision machining for the Aerospace Industry.
We specialise in precision machining for the Aerospace Industry. In line with market demands, we focus on the supply of the complete product and are able to provide clients with a turnkey package, from the initial design stage to the finished article, inclusive of any treatments, process, finishing and assembly requirements in between – making us a ‘one-stop shop’ for our clients and something that sets us apart from others in our sector, along with the high quality of our output and our first-class engineering skills.
Specialist products include custom-made tooling, fixtures and assemblies intended for the ground support of the civil and military aviation industries. Chances are you will have flown in a commercial airliner whose landing gear contains components that we produced.
Our engineers input their specialist expertise at the design stage in the production of these components, ensuring that the most economical designs are adopted at the outset and that costs are kept to a minimum for our clients.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our product and always relish being given a challenging client brief or order to fulfil.
The industries we service are both diverse and demanding, and include:
- Aerospace
- Oil and gas

Our Commitment to Carbon Reduction
At Quickmach Engineering Ltd we are committed to driving meaningful environmental progress within the engineering sector. Our carbon reduction strategy is fully aligned with the goals of the Paris Agreement, which aims to limit global warming to well below 2°C, with efforts to restrict it to 1.5°C. We are not only meeting this global benchmark — we are determined to exceed it.
Since 2020, we have made strong progress in reducing our operational carbon emissions, with notable cuts to both Scope 1 and 2 emissions. These reductions have been driven by:
- Upgrading to high-efficiency, low-energy equipment
- Implementing smart energy management across all sites
- Prioritising low-carbon materials and responsible sourcing
- Engaging actively with suppliers on sustainability improvements
Our targets, in line with and exceeding the Paris Agreement, include:
- Net-zero Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2035
- At least 40% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2030
- 100% renewable electricity across operations by 2030
- ISO 14001 certification across all sites by 2028
- Long-term reduction of Scope 3 emissions, targeting net-zero by 2045
We view sustainability as a responsibility — and an opportunity. By embedding carbon reduction into our engineering practices, we aim to be a proactive contributor to the global low-carbon transition, delivering innovation without compromise
